Ok Folks! here's whatyou've all been waiting for....

Peer Feedback on your Essays is upon us-- this means everyone giving/receving a hardcopy draft and cover letter and meeting during class to discuss the comments and drafts. This is graded based on how well you handle your peer's work. This means you're in class the days we exchange, you provide thoughtful comments that respond to the cover letter and essay rubric. If you say vague things like "Oh that's nice" or "Man you can't write" you will lose points! If you are late/absent the two exchange days, you lose points!
COVER LETTER QUESTIONS:
1. WHAT ASPECTS OF YOUR ESSAY PROCESS HAS BEEN 'BUMPY' (CONFUSING, ETC)
2. WHAT'S CAUSING THESE BUMPS?
3.WHAT ASPECTS ARE GOING SMOOTHLY?
4.WHAT'S CAUSING THE SMOOTH SAILING?
5.WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHILE REVIEWING?
6. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO IGNORE?
7.ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOURE GIVING TO YOUR ESSAY?
8. WHAT ELSE?
Please staple your cover note to the copy you give your TeamReader!

So, we exchange drafts on Tues Nov. 30 and you'll return and meet peers on Dec. 7 during class.
The feedback is the equivalent of a 20 pt quiz....

Here are the two teams for each section:
Teams can create discussion questions, themes, quotations, tables etc. Make sure you evenly divide the section and actually collaborate (work on consensus, listening etc)
